No. Each user may operate one account on floki. If we detect that you control more than one account—using the same email, phone number, payment method, or device fingerprint—we reserve the right to suspend all accounts and withhold balances pending a compliance review. If you accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support and provide both account usernames; we will help you merge them or close the duplicate.

Withdrawals are also fee-free for standard payouts. Withdrawals to mobile banking or local payment typically process within two to four hours on business days; bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) may take one to two business days. Emergency or premium withdrawal services (if available in your region) may carry a fee; we notify you of the fee before you confirm the request. Holiday periods (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha) may extend processing times by one to two days.
Once you submit a withdrawal request on floki, our system conducts an automated security check (two to ten minutes). If the check passes, your withdrawal enters the payment processor queue. Payouts to online payment and e-wallet typically clear within two to four hours during business hours. Bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet accounts may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.
