When you create an account on floki, you agree to our terms of service. We keep our terms straightforward so you understand what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. Our platform operates under jurisdiction-restricted access—we provide services only where local law permits, and we ask users to verify that their own access complies with applicable law in their location.
This document outlines how we handle account creation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and disputes. We at floki enforce these terms consistently across all users. By downloading our Android app, accessing our iOS browser platform, or logging in on desktop, you accept these terms in full. We may update our terms occasionally; we'll notify you of material changes by email, and continued use of floki after such notification means you accept the revised terms.
Account creation and verification on floki
To open a floki account, you provide your email, create a password, and enter your phone number. We send a verification code to your email; you enter it within 24 hours to activate your account. This step confirms you own the email address and prevents fraudulent account creation.
Before you can deposit or withdraw on floki, we conduct identity verification (KYC). We ask for your full name, date of birth, a government-issued ID (passport or national ID card), and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Our automated verification system checks these documents against public registries; this typically completes within minutes on a weekday. During peak hours or holidays like Idul Fitri, verification may take a few hours.
We may request additional documents if our system flags inconsistencies. For example, if your ID shows a different address than your proof of address, we may ask for clarification. Responding promptly to such requests keeps your account in good standing.
Our floki deposit and withdrawal policy
We accept deposits through eight payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. To withdraw funds from your floki account, you request a withdrawal through the app or browser, select your payment destination, and enter the amount. We conduct a verification check to ensure the withdrawal destination matches your registered identity. Withdrawals to e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment typically process within hours on a business day. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's clearing schedule. We do not charge withdrawal fees.
Withdrawal holds and review windows
Our standard policy allows withdrawals to process without delay once verified. However, we may place a hold on a withdrawal if our fraud detection system flags unusual activity—for example, a sudden large withdrawal from a newly-created account, or a withdrawal to a destination different from the account's registered address. When we place a hold, we notify you by email and may request additional verification. These holds typically resolve within one business day.
We do not intentionally delay legitimate withdrawals, but we reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity to protect your account and our platform's integrity.
Bonus offers and promotional terms on floki
We occasionally offer deposit bonuses or promotional credits to new or existing accounts on floki. Any bonus offer displays its specific terms before you claim it—these terms specify whether the bonus is available to your region, any minimum deposit required, how many times you must use the bonus funds before withdrawing, and any game or sport restrictions.
Bonus terms are binding once you claim the offer. For example, if we offer a bonus that requires you to place observations on Liga 1 or Piala AFF events at least five times the bonus amount before withdrawal, you must complete those observations to withdraw the bonus portion. We enforce these conditions uniformly across all users.
We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if we detect fraudulent claim activity—for example, multiple accounts using the same payment method to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Account ownership
- Your floki account is for your sole personal use. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person
- We prohibit multiple accounts in your name. If we detect duplicate accounts, we may suspend all accounts linked to you.
- Prohibited conduct
- Do not use floki to launder money, evade sanctions, or engage in fraud. Do not attempt to hack or manipulate our platform or games.
- Age requirement
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use floki. We verify age through KYC; anyone below the legal age will be suspended.
How we resolve disputes on floki
If you believe an error occurred on your floki account—for example, a deposit that didn't credit, a withdrawn amount that never arrived, or a game outcome you question—contact our support team within 30 days. We ask that you provide your account details, the date and time of the transaction, and a clear description of the issue.
Our support team investigates your claim by reviewing transaction logs and, if necessary, our payment processor's records. Most issues resolve within 5–7 business days. If we find an error in our favour, we credit your account. If the issue originates with your payment provider (your bank or online payment or e-wallet), we work with them to resolve it on your behalf.
We do not accept disputes filed more than 30 days after the event. This window gives us time to investigate while the transaction is still within our records' detail retention period.
Jurisdiction notice and service availability
Our services on floki are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our platform in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that their access to and use of floki comply with their own jurisdiction's law. If you access floki from a location where it is prohibited by local law, we are not liable for any consequences; you use floki at your own risk and in violation of applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access to floki from specific countries, regions, or IP addresses if we determine that such access violates local law or our business partners' licensing requirements.
Your rights under our floki terms

Changes to our terms and final provisions
We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes—for example, increasing withdrawal fees or restricting certain payment methods—we'll notify you by email and post the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of floki after such notification means you accept the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with our privacy policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and floki.
